Educational Eligibility:- (i). Interested Candidates should have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University in India.

(ii). Candidates Should have Dictation for a period of 10 minutes with a Speed of 120 words per minute in Stenography (English or Hindi).

(iii). Candidates should have Transcription on Computer :  50 Minutes English / 65 Minutes Hindi.

Selection Procedure:- A pen & paper based Recruitment Test (RT) followed by Skill Test to short-list the candidates to appear in the Skill test for the post of Personal Assistant shall be conducted by the Commission. The date of Skill Test will be intimated later on UPSC website.

The test will be objective type questions with multiple choices of answers. The medium of the test will be English. And There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question.
